A Taste of New York in D.C. 20006

Swanky
Scrumptious

Fresh

No this is not James Bond, it's Bond 45 and other tasty New York style restaurants featured in the National Harbor in Washington D.C.  We decided to try out Rosa Mexicano, which unfortunately did not turn out in my photos.  However, I must let everyone know to not bother going there or at least the one in D.C.  It's all about the decor, and the food is very bland.  Plus, the waitress took away all of my food including my chips and salsa when my margarita was only half finished!   She didn't even ask if I was done and seemed utterly rude.  Plus, the chicken enchilada featured a green sauce instead of red, which seemed appalling.  Therefore, you should definitely go for Bond 45 (top picture), Ketchup (middle picture), or McCormick & Schmicks (bottom picture).  They feature gourmet steaks, seafood, and hamburgers that are fabulous.  Plus, Ketchup was very swanky on the inside with fabulous decor.  I also loved their bright red neon sign outside.  My first taste of New York at the National Harbor was not so New York, but I'm definitely going back for a second helping (at another joint).  Bon appetit everyone!

Alright so I was just corrected by my hubby that technically the National Harbor is not "in" D.C., but is actually in Maryland. However, it's right next to it! Anyways, I just wanted to clear that up.
