Hard Times Cafe: Best chili dogs in Maryland - Waldorf, MD 20603

Recently, I had the opportunity to try Maryland’s finest chilidog.  Now maybe the word ‘finest’ is odd when used with ‘chilidog’, but the food was absolutely delicious!  Hard Times Café features four different types of chili: Texas, Terlingua Red, Cincinnati, and Vegetarian, which are brought in a cute sampler at the beginning of your meal.  My favorite was the Terlingua Red.  It’s hot and spicy and quite scrumptious.  Their bar features funky lights and a home-style southern atmosphere; complete with pool tables and a wide selection of domestic and imported beers.  Also, in case you’re not in the mood for their fabulous chilidog, then definitely try their Whisky River BBQ Bacon Burger featured in the picture above.  It’s a juicy melt in your mouth delicious burger.  Feed your hunger.
